Available with two cutting edges, the gilding knife enables users to cut leaves, applying slight pressure and a cutting movement on them. It is also useful as a tool with which to transfer leaves from books to gilder’s cushions. 13.7 cm long, the knife is a way of cutting both precious and imitation metal leaves.

Additional information

It is advisable to keep the knife dry at all times to avoid deterioration. If necessary, prior to fresh use clean the blade with 99.9% pure ethanol.
